GAMERANGER ADDS SUPPORT FOR NETBOXES
Perth, Western Australia -- March 18, 2000 -- Scott Kevill today announced the addition of a new game title on GameRanger, the Macintosh multiplayer online gaming service. In addition to the 33 previous titles, gamers can now play NetBoxes.
NetBoxes, by Brainfreeze Entertainment, is a digital implementation of the classic classroom game of dots, lines, and boxes. Featuring internet playability, a fast-paced, fun-to-play interface and support for up to 4 players. NetBoxes adds a new era to the game that nearly everyone has enjoyed before.
NetBoxes is shareware, and may be experienced by downloading from <http://brainfreeze.digithought.net/>
GameRanger was first introduced for public beta testing in July 1999 with support for 11 game titles, and had already received many rave reviews, including an award of "Best Internet Gaming Achievement" by Macworld Magazine in their 1999 Hall of Fame. GameRanger now has over 20,000 members and support for 34 popular game titles.
GameRanger is available as a free download, at <https://www.GameRanger.com>.
